Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel?
There's a Cancel button inside the Habit app. Click it, confirm, and billing stops immediately. Unused time in the current period is credited. No support ticket.
What happens when an order is refunded?
Habit listens for Shopify refund events and automatically reverses the points earned on that order. If the customer has already spent those points, their balance can go negative until their next purchase.
How does referral fraud protection work?
Each referral code is rate-limited, has an expiry window, and triggers an alert if it generates abnormal volume. You can also require a minimum first purchase before the reward is issued.
How long does install take?
Most stores are live in under 10 minutes. The app installs via Shopify's Theme App Extension, so you don't need to edit theme code. Configuration takes another few minutes.
